Bon Accord is a modern, 2 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Fort Augustus village. It is just a stone’s throw from all the cafes, pubs, gift shops, boat tours, as well as the local store and petrol station. It has been very tastefully decorated with a Scottish theme throughout and benefits from both lock gate views to the front of the property and river views to the rear of the property. The kitchen at the rear of the property leads out onto a decking area that looks down to the enclosed garden and to the river beyond. There is private parking to the front of the property.

Bon Accord benefits from being on all one level (steps at the rear and down from the decking area) and as you enter the large, comfortable lounge area, you can enjoy the benefits of the cozy log burner and the smart TV. Whilst relaxing in the lounge you can watch the boats go through the Caledonian Canal lock gates. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar for dining that looks out to the enclosed garden and river beyond, and it has all the mod-cons that you would want from a self catering property including a smart TV.
