Abbey Church 1 is a lovely ground floor apartment close to the swimming pool complex and gymnasium with a maximum occupancy of 4. Glass doors lead to an outside patio area with a picnic table and seating, a perfect place for lunch on a sunny day.

The main living area is open-plan, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker & hob beautifully finished with black marble worktops.
The dining table seats 4 and the comfortable corner sofa is perfect for relaxing whilst watching the flat screen wall mounted TV or listening to music from the iPod dock.
Glass doors lead to an outside patio area with a picnic table and seating, a perfect place for lunch on a sunny day.
Abbey Church 1 benefits from free Wi-Fi and with wooden flooring throughout the apartment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe and a stylish chest of draws.
There is a DVD player and the en-suite bathroom has both a bath and freestanding powerful shower.
The twin bedroom has its own wardrobe and there is a second bathroom which has a freestanding powerful shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Perfect for your holiday or short break, as with all our apartments you are welcome to arrive on any day of the week as we are based close to the Highland Club. We look forward to welcoming you.
There are EV chargers on site at The Highland Club for guests to use if required.
Please note that if you are looking to arrive over the festive period we do not allow check ins on the 25th and 26th December due to staff holidays. Also, please note that the swimming pool is closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st and 2nd January, again due to staff holidays.

“Location, Location, Location! Abbey Church 1 exceeded our expectations and we are glad to have chosen The Highland Club for a 3-night stay recently. The apartment itself is beyond anything a family would want in terms of hospitality, amenities, cleanliness and FF&E. The beds were comfy, showers hot and sparkling and hotel-like clean. We had two meals in and the kitchen delivered everything we needed, and then some. If you are looking for an idyllic and peaceful setting on the southern shore of Loch Ness, this is it. Easy travel to the Isle of Skye, Eilean Donan Castle and of course Urquhart Castle just up the Loch. The Highland Club is an exceptional location, Abbey Church 1 beyond expectations, but sadly no monster sighting this time. We’ll be back.”
“Can’t recommend this place more highly – the spot has to be seen to be believed! The photos really don’t do it justice. An easy 3 min walk into Fort Augustus and the loch is on the doorstep. We stayed mid-week and were able to swim every day. 10/10”

It is an easy walk to town for shopping, dining, and watching boats come through the locks.
