A few Loch Ness facts :
Loch Ness is a freshwater Loch extending to 37 kilometres. It sits above sea level and is best known for it’s sightings of Nessie! It is the largest loch by volume in the British Isles (extremely deep) down to at least 230 metres in places. Loch Ness never freezes. It contains more fresh water than all the lakes in England and Wales combined. It runs from Inverness in the north to Fort Augustus in the South where you will find some of our holiday apartments and cottages.
