Covid-19

Book with confidence

You can now book safe in the knowledge that if the ‘stay at home order’ is extended or reinstated your break away in the Scottish Highlands will be secure, waiting for you when you are able to travel. If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 restrictions then we would agree new dates with you and apply any payment made to your new booking dates.

We are also supporting the effort to keep the country running by providing accommodation to key workers, who are working hard to maintain the infrastructure of the Highlands in anticipation of welcoming visitors back to our beautiful corner of Scotland.

Why cleaning is more important than ever

Cleanliness has always been of great importance but it’s even more critical as we all aim to keep everyone safe to reduce the spread of infection. We are increasing the level of cleaning we are currently doing to include disinfecting all touched surfaces and providing increased levels of PPE for our staff when working in a property or dealing with our linen.

We would ask guests to assist us with the effort to maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring they bag all of their rubbish and recycling remove it to the appropriate collection area.

Soaps and cleaning materials are supplied in each property and we would encourage guests to maintain their vigilance to the essential level of cleanliness required as guided by the government advice.

To minimize person-to-person contact during your stay, all of our properties in the Great Glen now have a key safe which safely allows you to self check in. All of the properties have private entrances and are used exclusively only by our guests.

When checking in at the Highland Club we will meet you outside and direct you to your apartment. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance, which we encourage you to use. Cleaning of the public areas is carried out by Highland Club staff and they are working hard to maintain the cleanliness of the building.

During this unprecedented time we are adapting our practices and procedures to suit the demands of the situation and advice given by the government. If the advice changes we will alter what we do to suit whatever arises.
