Riverside Cottage is in the grounds of The Abbey, it has the use of all the facilities available, with the added benefit of its own external access (great for the children), free wi-fi and sky sports and film channels.

It is one of the few properties at The Abbey that accepts a well behaved pet.

The cottage is set over two floors and with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs is a great option for guests with limited mobility or a wheelchair.

The light and bright open plan living area has patio doors that lead out to a paved area with table and chairs overlooking the river in the distance. There are also two sun loungers supplied, so just 'relax'.

Furnished to a very high standard the lounge area has two large and comfortable settees, and a flat screen TV with sky movie and sports channels. A super wood burning stove will keep you warm in winter whilst watching a DVD or relaxing whilst listening to a CD or the ipod doc.  Also comes with free Wi-fi.

The dining table and chairs seat six, the kitchen is fully equipped with its granite worktops with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a full compliment of high quality kitchen equipment and utensils.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed with freeview TV, DVD and ipod doc. The bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Downstairs the twin bedroom also has a TV with DVD and ipod doc. The bathroom is adjacent with a bath (with shower over), toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Two guest beds are also available.

Please note that the price reflects the fact that limited building work is still taking place at The Abbey.
